They are not going to keep on being healthy any longer if you continue exposing it to extreme heat.

You may also want to think about the hair stylizing products you’re using. Hair dyes often cause damage, but if coloring is important to you, find a gentle product. Beware of the gels, mousses, and sprays you use. Many of them have chemicals that cause the hair to be dry. Opt for hair products that’re marked either 100 % natural, mild, or moisturizing. Last but not least, steer clear of maximum hold, ridged styling hair products. They contribute to hair brittleness. Go with those that are labeled flexible.
